To me glass fleck means a large particle shimmer like OPI I have a herring problem.
ReplyDeleteHi, thanks for answering my question (or questions I guess). I just figured out where I ran across the term " Crystallized shimmer. I found it on All Lacquered Up when working on my Pinterest board for my Finger Paints and it reference Amethyst Accent.
